Plant floor and capacity

Wearing apparel manufacturing, from layout to finished garment

Our plant floor is organized around the stages of apparel production, with machinery selected for cutting and sewing wearing apparel, including garments made from leather and leather substitutes. Fur apparel is outside our manufacturing scope.

Production sequence

From technical drawing to finished sample

01

Pattern drafting

Technical drawings are verified and digitized into production patterns before any material is cut.

02

Cutting

Leather, leather substitutes, and textiles are cut to pattern with needle-penetration machinery suited to each material.

03

Assembly

Garments are sewn, bonded, and edge-finished at specialized stations matched to each construction method.

04

Quality assurance

Inline seam checks and dimensional stability monitoring run across each batch before graded samples are released.

Equipment and stations

Machinery tailored to each material

Dedicated sewing stations handle leather needle penetration and synthetic bonding, while pressing units and edge-treatment systems finish textiles and leather substitutes to a consistent standard. Each station is set up for the material it serves.

Batch checks confirm seam quality and dimensional stability so that every production run meets the same specification.
